MoMo4Climate opens its second and last call for proposals of 2017. You are challenged to submit an innovative business proposal that attracts Dutch private investment for a climate mitigation or adaptation project in a developing country. This year, the reward for the two most promising proposals is € 25,000.
Your proposal will be reviewed on the viability of the business case and the potential to mobilise private investments by a panel of experts. The panel offers advice to make your business proposal more investable and awards the two winners with the needed support to implement and scale up your idea.
Together with the launch of this second call of the Dutch MoMo4Climate, the second call for the MoMo Challenge Indonesia 2017 is also opened. Proposals can be submitted now on www.momo4climate.org. Here, you can also find the requirements for participation, the evaluation criteria and information on past winners. The deadline for submitting proposals is 1 August.
MoMo4Climate is an initiative started by IUCN NL, ECN and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Mobilise More private capital to tackle the impacts and causes of climate change in developing countries by bringing together entrepreneurs, policymakers and investors.
